Orders totaling $50 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is only available for deliveries within the United States.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. THE SURQ LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package to sales@thesurqfashion.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
